Hi there!

There is going to be a wonderful winemaker dinner on Friday, April 25th from 6-9pm that features Adelaida Cellars, Chateau Margene, and Parrish Family Vineyard!  The dinner is at McPhee’s Grill in Templeton.  Chef Ian McPhee has created a wonderful menu to pair with our wines!

Mooney Family – Blanc de Noir
Assorted Wood Fired Pizza

Parrish Family Vineyard – 2012 Sauvignon Blanc
Seared Sea Scallops & Citrus Escabeche with gazpacho relish and micro greens

Parrish Family Vineyard – 2010 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Grilled Butterflied Leg of Lamb with a rosemary – lemon rub, mint pesto on creamy cheese polenta

Adelaida Cellars – 2010 Cabernet Viking Vineyard Reserve Oak
Chateau Margene – 2007 Beau Melange
Grilled slow cooked whole New York Steak with salsa verde, roasted mushrooms, grilled asparagus and fried smashed new potatoes

Adelaida Cellars – 2008 “The Don” Port
Bittersweet Chocolate Pate with milk chocolate creme anglaise and pistachio dust

This is a CABs of Distinction event that happens the night before the Gala, which is April 26th!  So, the dinner will be a great way to connect with the winemakers and their wines…as well as enjoy some delectable courses with the wines!
